a) Candidate should download the Prescribed Application Form from CEERI website www.ceeri.res.in They should fill in the application(s) form in all respects and attach attested copies of all certificates of educational qualifications, experience, etc., together with an application fee (if applicable) of ` 100/- (Rupees One hundred only) in the form of crossed Demand Draft valid for at least 6 months, in favour of Director, CEERI payable at Pilani. Send the completed application (with requisite attachments) in an envelope super scribing “Application for the post____________ (name of post applied for with Post code)” to the Controller of Administration, Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute, Pilani (Rajasthan) –333031, so as to reach on or before 28th March,2011.
b) Candidate belonging to SC/ST/Physically Handicapped category, women candidates and regular employees of CSIR are exempt from payment of application fee.
c) If a candidate desires to apply for more than one post, he /she should send separate applications (along with requisite fees) for different posts.
d) Applications from employees of Government Departments would be considered only if forwarded through proper channel, duly certified by the employer that the applicant would be relieved within one month of the receipt of the offer of appointment, if selected. Vigilance clearance in respect of the employee should also be recorded in the forwarding letter. However, candidates may submit an advance copy of the application before the closing date. Applications routed through proper channel should reach CEERI at the earliest.
e) Candidates should specifically note that the applications received after the closing date for any reason whatsoever (such as envelopes wrongly addressed, delivered elsewhere, postal delay etc.) will not be entertained by CEERI.
