Qualification: Masters degree in Hindi or English with 60% marks with English or Hindi respectively as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level   OR Master’s degree in any subject with English or Hindi medium with 60% marks and Hindi and English respectively as compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level.
